Qualifications

• Minimum two years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience operating heavy equipment and/or forklifts.
• Experience in a lumber or wood products environment.
• Experience using a computer for record keeping and documentation.
• Ability to perform basic forklift maintenance and enter work orders in MOE system.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety and environmental guidelines and participate in safety program.
• Work in various areas of the mill to meet production and quality goals.
• Perform housekeeping to keep machinery running smoothly and reduce hazards.
• Maintain a clean work environment around machines.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals while minimizing waste.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
