• Previous customer experience required or equivalent training.

• Greet guests at the entrance and assist with luggage handling.
• Load and unload luggage, tag and store baggage.
• Escort guests to rooms and provide overview of hotel services.
• Deliver items to guest rooms and assist with room changes.
• Maintain inventory of local attractions and transportation guides.
• Support housekeeping and other departments when needed.
