Mystic Lake Casino Hotel is seeking a Hotel Bell Person to warmly greet guests, assist with luggage, and escort guests to the registration area when needed. You’ll provide information about services and amenities, and help ensure guest rooms are inspected with guests for satisfaction.

Responsibilities include maintaining luggage logs, operating POS system for special transactions, and processing cash reports. This on-site role emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and excellent guest service.

Competenze

• Experience or education in hospitality or related field is preferred.
• Ability to pass a basic math skills test.
• Working knowledge of POS and computer operations.
• Clear written and spoken English required.

Mansioni

• Greet guests on arrival and assist with luggage; open doors and escort to registration area as needed.
• Provide information about casino and hotel services, restaurants, and amenities.
• Inspect hotel rooms with guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with secure storage and retrieval of luggage, coats, and related items.
• Maintain a control log for luggage and other items.
• Operate POS register system for scooters and wheelchair transactions.
• Prepare cash register shift reports, reconciliation and cash counts.
• Familiarize guests with safety features and in-room amenities.
• Clean and maintain work area and equipment.
• Process and deliver guest laundry.
• Tour Bus Load In/Load Out.
