HF Sinclair Corporation is seeking a District Sales Manager to drive lubricants sales and support existing distributor accounts in the New England and New York markets. Ideal candidates will base in the territory and travel extensively to build profitable relationships.

The role requires at least five years of lubricant sales experience, a business or marketing degree, and strong negotiation, leadership, and account-management skills. A home-based position with significant travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of lubricant sales or related industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing; other relevant combinations may be considered.

Responsabilités

• Solicit new lubricants sales and service existing accounts in designated markets.
• Establish productive relationships with key personnel in customer accounts.
• Meet targets for profitable sales margin, volume and strategic objectives.
• Lead account planning with distributors and internal teams.
• Use CRM (Salesforce) to manage customer relationships and opportunities.
