Job summary

HF Sinclair Corporation seeks a District Sales Manager to drive lubricants sales across a national US territory, including New England and New York markets. The role requires training distributors, building strategic plans, and meeting aggressive targets while leveraging Salesforce CRM for account management.

The position is home-based with significant travel and requires strong leadership and relationship skills.

Qualifications

Minimum of five (5) years of experience in lubricant sales or related industry.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field preferred; combination with experience may be considered.
Home-based role with 70–80% travel; reside in designated territory.

Responsibilities

Complete customer accountability; train distributor reps and develop business plans with distributor owners and management.
Establish productive relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
Identify potential new large distributors and develop account plans.
Meet assigned targets for profitable sales margin, volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
Lead joint company strategic account planning with mutual objectives and milestones.
Use Salesforce CRM to manage and track customer relationships and opportunity funnel.
Identify, manage and negotiate opportunities with field support involvement.
Price and margin management with Sales Manager.
Obtain and provide complete account information for setting up new accounts.
