Job summary

HF Sinclair is seeking a District Sales Manager based in the Phoenix area to solicit new lubricant sales while servicing existing accounts across Arizona and neighboring markets. You will train distributor reps, manage key accounts, develop strategic plans, and drive sales targets with cross-functional support.

The role requires strong relationship-building, account planning, and proficiency with CRM systems, with 70–80% travel and a home-based setup.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of lubricant sales or preventative maintenance related experience.
• Sales or account management experience within a distributor channel is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or other field preferred, combination of some post secondary education and relevant work experience may be considered

Responsibilities

• Complete customer accountability; train distributor sales reps and management.
• Establish productive relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts
• Identify potential new large distributors and develop account plans
• Meet targets for profitable sales margin, volume and strategic objectives
• Lead account planning with mutual financial targets and milestones
• Assess distributor needs and validate them ongoing
• Lead solution development addressing distributor needs with internal resources
• Use Salesforce to manage CRM and track opportunities
• Identify and negotiate opportunities with field support
• Manage high priority/escalated items
• Price and margin management with Sales Manager
• Obtain and provide complete account information for new accounts
• Learn and operate within Account-based sales process
• Perform special tasks as assigned by supervisor
