Job summary

Prestige Lexus of Ramsey, part of Lithia & Driveway, is hiring technicians. Pay ranges from $25.00 to $35.00 per flat rate hour, with full-time scheduling and opportunities for incentives based on production and performance.

We seek Class B and/or C level technicians with 2–5 years of dealership or private shop experience, up-to-date ASE and manufacturer certifications, and proficiency with scan tools and service information systems. Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of dealership or private shop experience.
• Up-to-date ASE and manufacturer certifications.
• Experience using scan tools and service information systems.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state.

Responsibilities

• Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy.
• Diagnose causes of malfunctions and complete work per safety standards.
• Road-test vehicles to verify quality of repairs.
• Document work performed on repair orders with tests and times.
• Maintain an inventory of standard mechanics tools.
