Job summary

Prestige Lexus of Ramsey is NOW HIRING technicians for a full-time role. You’ll perform oil changes, tire rotations, brakes, and basic diagnostics, with opportunities to learn and grow within Lithia & Driveway’s nationwide network.

We offer $18.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, paid time off, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of automotive repair experience.
• Recent technical school graduates welcome.
• Ability to independently perform oil changes, tire rotations, brakes, and basic diagnostics.
• ASE and/or Manufacturer certifications a plus.
• Valid driver’s license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor maintenance such as oil changes and filter replacements.
• Conduct vehicle maintenance inspections including tires, brakes and fluid levels.
• Communicate repair and maintenance recommendations to the service advisor liaison.
• Assist in other duties within the Service Department.

Who We’re Looking For:

• 1-2 years of automotive repair experience
• Recent technical school graduates
• Ability to independently perform oil changes, tire rotations, brakes, and basic diagnostics
• ASE and/or Manufacturer certifications a plus
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

What You’ll Do:

• Perform minor maintenance, e.g., changing engine oil and filters
• Perform complete vehicle maintenance inspection including tires, brakes, and all fluid levels
• Communicate appropriate customer vehicle repair and maintenance recommendations to the service advisor liaison
• Assist in other duties as assigned within Service Department

Total Rewards

The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $20.00. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
