Job summary

Lithia & Driveway is hiring a Lube/Apprentice Technician at Greiner Ford of Casper. You will perform basic maintenance such as oil changes and tire checks, and assist with service inspections under supervision.

We value teamwork, customer service, and reliability. A high school diploma/equivalency and valid driver's license required; express lube experience preferred; training provided; schedule includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; 18 years or older required.
• Drug-free workplace policy in effect.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor maintenance, e.g., changing engine oil and filters.
• Perform complete vehicle maintenance inspection including tires, brakes, and all fluid levels.
• Communicate appropriate customer vehicle repair and maintenance recommendations to the service advisor liaison.

Skills

Basic mechanical understanding

Lube technician experience (preferred)

You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Service Department Hours: Monday-Friday; 7:00 am-6:00 pm and Saturdays 8:00 am-5:00 pm

What You'll Do

• Perform minor maintenance, e.g., changing engine oil and filters.

What You'll Bring

• Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile.
• Experience as an express/quick lube technician preferred.
• Operate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans, with ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions.
• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
