Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Missoula is seeking an express-hiring team member in Missoula, MT. You will greet customers, listen to concerns, and recommend services based on vehicle condition, while explaining options clearly to ensure satisfaction.

You will also upsell services, maintain records, and collaborate with technicians to deliver accurate service. Flexibility for evenings/weekends is preferred to meet customer demand and drive quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service or sales
• Communication skills – communicates effectively with others
• Time management – managing one's own time and time of others
• Typing – ability to type efficiently to enter repair orders
• Proficiency with computer systems and software used in automotive service management
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

Schedule

We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Service Department Hours: Monday through Friday; 7 am - 6 pm: Saturday; 8 am - 3 pm
