Job summary

Lithia & Driveway is hiring a Service Advisor at Bend Honda in Bend, OR. This position offers a base plus commission with a potential annual earnings of $70,000 to $100,000.

Typical schedule runs Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays, and department hours from 7:30am–5:30pm weekdays and 8:00am–4:00pm Saturdays. You will greet customers, assess service needs, write repair orders, provide estimates, and ensure smooth delivery of vehicles back to customers.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
• Excellent communication and typing skills for repair orders.
• Ability to perform service cost calculations and maintain accurate records.
• Basic computer skills and an acceptable driving record with a valid license.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming telephone calls per ITC standards.
• Greet customers professionally and identify/offer service resolutions.
• Explain services, costs, and timelines; perform vehicle walk-arounds.
• Prepare accurate repair orders in the ADP system and dispatch to technicians.
• Obtain approvals for findings and additional services; follow up with customers.

Dealership: L0219 Bend Honda Bend Honda Now Hiring: Service Advisor! Pay: Base + Commission, $70,000 - $100,000 annually Schedule: Monday - Friday with rotating Saturday Department Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 5:30pm, Saturday 8:00am - 4:00pm

What You'll Do

• Answer incoming telephone calls, observing Incoming Telephone Calls standards (ITC).
• Follow the Initial Customer Contact (ICC) process.
• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Identify, confirm and offer resolution to customer concerns.
• Communicate with the customer what services need completed, how much it will cost and when service will be complete.
• Assess customer needs by conducting a vehicle walk around.
• Attain agreement from customer for service needs.
• Offer a multi-point inspection.
• Write accurate repair orders using ADP system.
• Follow the Interim Customer Contact (ICC2) process.
• Provide estimates that are accurate and support upfront pricing guarantee.
• Obtain approval to review findings of multi-point inspection and associated prices.
• Obtain approval to proceed with Additional Service Requests.
• Dispatch repair orders to technicians following department dispatch policy and utilizing cost control methods.
• Communicate with technicians to gain clear understanding of services required and/or performed.
• Follow-up with customer during repair/servicing of vehicle so they are aware of status.
• Follow the Customer Delivery (CD) process.
• Receive and process cash or credit payment for all services performed.
• Upon completion of service promptly and professionally deliver vehicle to customer.
• Ensure the Sales 2 Service process is completely thoroughly by welcoming the customer and explaining what we will provide them.
