Job summary

A. Duie Pyle is seeking a Terminal Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of the service center, lead hiring, and develop staff. The role reports to the Director of Regional Operations and emphasizes safety, efficiency, and team leadership.

Ideal candidates will manage budgets, drive improvements, and supervise drivers and front-line staff while upholding Pyle core values and OSHA/DOT compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of previous LTL supervisory or management experience.
• Strong communication skills; excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated leadership experience; ability to lead a team on a daily basis.
• Proficient with MS Office applications; strong computer literacy.
• Ability to work all shifts as required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Review terminal operations reports on revenues, costs of operation, accidents and claims.
• Inspect terminal facilities for safety rules and regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness of the facility and ensure timely repairs.
• Monitor budget and operating metrics; diagnose and improve processes.
• Oversee service center personnel including hiring, coaching, and evaluating performance.
• Directly supervise front line leadership, admin staff and drivers.
• Promote Pyle core values across the organization.
