Job summary

CrossCountry Freight Solutions Inc in St. Louis, MO, is seeking a Service Center Manager to lead a team in the fast-paced LTL industry. You will direct dispatch, optimize routes, ensure on-time delivery, and foster a safety-conscious, productive workplace while controlling costs.

We offer a salary of $75,000–$85,000 with benefits, and biweekly pay. If you have at least five years in LTL operations and proven leadership, Hitch on and prosper with CCFS in a dynamic logistics network.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ experience in LTL operations or comparable leadership role.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Analytical and decisive decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and oversee staff to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Monitor dispatching activities including tracking, routing, and dispatching transportation vehicles.
• Promote safety and ongoing staff education.
• Collaborate with managers to set goals and implement procedures.
• Provide high levels of service with on-time pickup/delivery and low-claims environment.
• Manage route planning and labor spend; review budgets and efficiency.
