• Primarily responsible for all aspects of LTL billing.
• Bill, collate, and call in LTL shipments daily for carrier pickup.
• Bill OEM deliveries, customer pickups, and truckload shipments.
• Use D365 for billing and order inquiries.
• Correspond with drivers and customers via email.
• Complete exports with the correct documentation.
• Sort paperwork and keep shipment documents organized.
• Cover specific email inboxes to meet customer demands.
• Support customer service and cross-functional teamwork.
• RMAs and other duties as assigned.
