Job summary

Dometic is seeking an Inventory Clerk-Cycle Counter in Bristol, IN to manage cycle counts, enter data, and reconcile stock levels in our fast-paced, global environment.

You will investigate discrepancies, generate reports, collaborate with warehouse staff, and maintain safety and quality standards. A forklift license is required. We offer comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities as part of a diverse, inclusive team.

Responsibilities

• Enter cycle count data into the inventory system and reconcile stock levels.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and root causes.
• Generate reports on cycle count results and identify trends.
• Perform periodic inventory audits for accuracy.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to resolve issues and coordinate receiving processes.
• Obtain and maintain a certified forklift operator license.

General Responsibilities

• Inventory data management: Entering cycle count data into the inventory system, updating stock levels, and reconciling discrepancies.
• Identifying, resolving, and maintaining inventory issues: Investigating the root causes of inventory discrepancies, such as damaged goods, incorrect labeling, or system errors, and taking corrective actions.
• Reporting and analysis: Generating reports on cycle count results, identifying trends, and highlighting areas for improvement.
• Auditing checks: Performing periodic audits of inventory to verify accuracy
• Collaborating with warehouse staff: Working with other warehouse personnel to resolve inventory issues and coordinate receiving processes.
• Obtain/ Maintain a certified forklift operator license
• Perform other duties as assigned
