Job summary

Dometic Land Vehicles Americas is seeking an Inventory Clerk-Cycle Counter for our Bristol, IN site. This role focuses on accurate cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, and data entry into the warehouse system to maintain optimal stock levels.

You will work on-site in Bristol, requiring basic math skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. A certified forklift operator license is encouraged, with company support for training.

Qualifications

• Be able to operate order picking equipment at a height of 20 ft. and higher.

Responsibilities

• Inventory data management: Entering cycle count data into the inventory system, updating stock levels, and reconciling discrepancies.
• Identifying, resolving, and maintaining inventory issues: Investigating root causes of discrepancies and taking corrective actions.
• Reporting and analysis: Generating reports on cycle count results, identifying trends, and highlighting areas for improvement.
• Auditing checks: Performing periodic audits of inventory to verify accuracy.
• Collaborating with warehouse staff to resolve inventory issues and coordinate receiving processes.

General Responsibilities

• Inventory data management: Entering cycle count data into the inventory system, updating stock levels, and reconciling discrepancies.
• Identifying, resolving, and maintaining inventory issues: Investigating the root causes of inventory discrepancies, such as damaged goods, incorrect labeling, or system errors, and taking corrective actions.
• Reporting and analysis: Generating reports on cycle count results, identifying trends, and highlighting areas for improvement.
• Auditing checks: Performing periodic audits of inventory to verify accuracy
• Collaborating with warehouse staff: Working with other warehouse personnel to resolve inventory issues and coordinate receiving processes.
• Obtain/ Maintain a certified forklift operator license
• Perform other duties as assigned
