Job summary

Family of Caring at Park Ridge is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our leadership team as a Unit Manager. This role emphasizes clinical leadership, staff development, and hands-on involvement in resident care within a supportive, family‑oriented facility.

You will oversee daily operations, supervise nursing staff, monitor care plans and documentation, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families to promote a positive, team-driven unit culture.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Jersey.
• Experience as Unit Manager, Charge Nurse, or Supervisor in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills.
• Ability to manage unit operations effectively.
