Family of Caring at Park Ridge is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the leadership team as Unit Manager. You will oversee daily clinical operations, supervise nursing staff, and ensure high-quality resident care in a supportive, family‑oriented facility.

The ideal candidate holds an active New Jersey RN license, has prior unit management or supervisor experience in skilled nursing, strong communication, and a passion for staff development and resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Jersey required.
• Experience as Unit Manager, Charge Nurse, or Supervisor in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required.
• Ability to manage unit operations and coordinate staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations of assigned nursing units.
• Supervise nursing staff and ensure quality standards are met.
• Monitor documentation, care plans, and clinical compliance.
