Job summary

SpecialtyRx seeks a Customer Service/Pharmacy Technician to join our team in New Jersey. The role supports long-term care facilities by delivering fast, professional, and accurate communication under supervision of the Data Entry Manager.

Responsibilities include handling orders, answering phones, resolving facility inquiries, triaging faxes, and calling facilities for order clarification. NJ-registered tech with LTC experience is preferred and hospital or retail background is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Pharmacy Technician in NJ.
• Previous experience in pharmacy customer service.
• Long-Term Care (LTC) pharmacy experience preferred.
• Hospital or Retail pharmacy experience a plus.
• Knowledge of Brand Name / Generic medications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones to respond to orders, re-orders and general customer inquiries.
• Handle and resolve client facilities complaints and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Triage incoming faxes promptly and accurately by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times.
• Place outbound calls to facilities to clarify orders as needed.
