We seek a Customer Service/Pharmacy Technician to join our team under the supervision of a Data Entry Manager/Supervisor and ensure fast, accurate communication for order processing and inquiries.

The role emphasizes professional customer service, handling facility complaints, and timely triage of faxes and orders in a regulated setting.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Pharmacy Technician in New Jersey.
• Experience in pharmacy customer service is required.
• LTC pharmacy experience preferred but not required.
• Hospital or retail pharmacy experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones to respond to orders, re-orders and inquiries.
• Handle and resolve client facility complaints promptly.
• Triage faxes by facility/department and adhere to cutoff times.
• Place outbound calls to facilities to clarify orders as needed.

SpecialtyRx is an innovative, full-service pharmacy who partners with subacute and long-term care facilities throughout the United States, transforming drug care by facilitating the complete medication dispensing process.

Under general supervision of a Data Entry Manager and/or Supervisor, and in accordance with local, state, federal and company laws and regulations ensure delivery of excellent customer service through fast, professional and accurate communication.

Responsibilities:

• Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager and/or Supervisor.
• Answer phones to respond to orders, re-orders and general customer inquiries.
• Handle and resolve client Facilities complaints and inquires in timely manner.
• Triage incoming faxes promptly and accurately by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times.
• Place outbound calls to facilities to clarify orders as needed.

Qualifications:

• MUST BE a Registered Pharmacy Technician in the state of NJ.
• Previous experience in pharmacy customer service.
• LTC pharmacy experience preferred.
• Hospital or Retail pharmacy experience a plus.
• Knowledge of Brand Name / Generic medications a plus.
