Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders accurately into the order entry system, including product numbers and quantities.
• Verify and input physician information as required.
• Enter new medication orders and refills.
• Triage and distribute orders from document imaging software.
• Respond to customer questions and resolve issues.
• Escalate concerns to Order Entry Supervisor when needed.
• Verify order details against available information for accuracy.
• Assist departments in preparing and shipping orders to designated locations.
• Check inventory records for medication availability.
• Review orders for completeness and route incomplete ones for processing.
• Answer customer calls and provide solutions.
• Other duties as assigned.
