Job summary

RXinsider LTD. in Phoenix, AZ, seeks a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) with 1+ year of experience to enter orders accurately and support medication delivery.

This Monday-to-Friday role 2:00 PM–10:30 PM (post-training) includes weekend rotation; the candidate will provide telephonic customer service, monitor delivery status, and collaborate with the team in a fast-paced LTC-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Valid Arizona Pharmacy Technician license and PTCB certification required.
• Prior LTC pharmacy experience strongly preferred.
• Proficient in data entry with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal, written, and phone communication skills.
• Dependable, trustworthy, and customer service oriented.
• Demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities and is a self-starter.
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter new and refill medication orders into the pharmacy software system.
• Monitor and track medication delivery status.
• Provide exceptional telephonic customer service, consulting with patients, providers, and pharmacies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate medication fulfillment.
• Review reports to identify and resolve medication order concerns promptly.
• Support pharmacy run times and exceed customer and colleague expectations.
