Job summary

North Carolina State University’s Institute for Transportation Research and Education seeks a LTAP Coordinator to manage data entry for Excel/Access databases, promote classes via communications, and support quarterly newsletters. The role includes travel with classes across North Carolina to serve as course administrator.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or 2 years of professional experience, strong written and verbal communication, and solid time-management skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or 2 years of professional experience.
• Experience working with databases and communicating with clients by email, telephone and in person.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Drive tools.

Responsibilities

• Complete data entry for Excel and Access databases used to track class registrations, attendance, payments and other essential information.
• Prepare communications to promote classes to listservs and on social media.
• Assist in preparing the quarterly newsletter.
