Job summary

Pearson in Raleigh, NC is seeking a part-time Senior Educational Consulting Administrator to deliver web-based or onsite product training and professional development for educators. The role emphasizes MTSS and data-based decision making and requires strong adult-learning facilitation.

Extensive travel during peak season is expected, with strong communication, record-keeping, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and educational technologies.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in educational leadership or closely related field.
• Bachelor’s Degree with five years of admin/interpretation of preK-12 assessment instruments.
• Experience delivering professional development to educators in various formats.
• Test administration and scoring experience with preK-12 benchmark and progress monitoring measures.
• Experience with using aimswebPlus, DRA3, WriteToLearn, Review360, BASC-3 BESS, SSIS SEL, or Shaywitz DyslexiaScreen preferred.
• Expertise in educational technologies and supporting students/teachers.
• Proficient in interpreting normative and criterion-referenced student data.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructionally sound product training to customers using onsite or web-based formats (60%).
• Collaborate with Pearson internal team to stay updated on product releases and training revisions; attend monthly meetings (15%).
• Plan and travel independently (15%).
• Work with customers to understand training needs and modify sessions accordingly (10%).
