Job summary

The Public Safety Training Center (PSTC) is seeking an Instructional Technologist to lead the direction and management of online and hybrid training programs, reporting to the Dean of Public Safety Training. You will build and sustain online courses, manage LMS operations, and collaborate with instructors and program directors to deliver high-quality instruction.

Qualifications

• AAS in business admin, educational tech, CS, IT, or related field from an accredited institution.
• BA/BS preferred.
• Experience in course development and LMS administration.
• Experience in instructional technology or user support.
• Strong written and oral communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage LMS operations and system administration.
• Collaborate with Teaching & Learning Support during LMS transition.
• Develop and support online/hybrid PSTC instruction.
• Oversee online courses and admin tasks for PSTC.
• Coordinate with IT and program directors to enhance online training.
