Vibra Permanent Staffing is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a direct-hire, full-time LTAC role in Pineville, NC. You will care for medically complex patients, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and ensure high-quality outcomes in a dedicated LTAC setting.

Ideal candidates hold an active NC or compact-state RN license, with 1+ year acute care or LTAC experience, BLS, and ACLS within 90 days. Strong clinical judgment and compassionate teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in North Carolina or a compact state.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient care.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document findings.
• Educate patients and families, and advocate for long-term health and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
