Job summary

Vibra Healthcare, LLC. in Pineville, NC is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for a direct hire, full-time LTAC role. You will provide direct care to medically complex patients and work with an interdisciplinary team to develop and execute individualized care plans.

Qualified candidates have an active NC (or compact) RN license, 1+ year acute care/ICU/LTAC experience, and BLS (ACLS within 90 days). Competitive salary with shift differentials and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in North Carolina or a compact state.
• At least 1 year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and teamwork.
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Coordinate individualized care plans with physicians and interdisciplinary team.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document findings.
• Educate patients and families and advocate for long-term health and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with all policies, standards and regulatory guidelines.
