Job summary

Vibra Healthcare, LLC. Pineville LTAC is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for a direct-hire, full-time opportunity in Pineville, NC, to care for high-acuity patients recovering from complex medical conditions.

You will provide direct patient care, collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team, monitor progress, administer medications, educate families, and help ensure quality outcomes in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in North Carolina or compact state.
• BLS required; ACLS required within 90 days of hire.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document findings.
• Educate patients and families, and advocate for long-term health and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
