Job summary

Vibra Healthcare’s Pineville LTAC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a direct-hire, full-time position in Pineville, NC. You will provide direct care to medically complex patients and work with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

You will monitor patient progress, administer treatments, educate patients and families, and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory guidelines in a high-acuity LTAC setting.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in North Carolina or a compact state.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to excellence in patient care.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document clinical findings.
• Educate patients and families, and serve as an advocate for long-term health and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with all policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
