Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Respiratory Therapist license in NC or compact state.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience strongly preferred.
• BLS and ACLS required.
• Strong clinical judgment and a compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Coordinate individualized care plans with physicians and an interdisciplinary team.
• Monitor treatments, document findings, and educate patients and families.
