Job summary

Carolinas ContinueCARE Hospital at Pineville, part of Vibra Healthcare, is seeking an experienced RN for a direct hire, full-time role in Pineville, NC. Join a specialized LTAC team caring for high-acuity patients recovering from complex medical conditions.

You will provide direct care, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, monitor patient progress, administer medications, and educate families while maintaining compliance with standards and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in North Carolina or compact state.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and a compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document clinical findings.
• Educate patients and families, and advocate for long-term health and recovery.
