Vibra Healthcare, LLC. is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a direct hire, full-time role at Carolinas ContinueCARE Hospital at Pineville in Pineville, NC.

You will provide direct care to critically ill patients, collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans, and monitor progress while documenting findings. The role emphasizes compassionate patient advocacy, adherence to regulatory standards, and a supportive, mission-driven work

Qualifications

• Active RN license in North Carolina or compact state.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS required within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and a compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document clinical findings.
• Educate patients and families, and advocate for long-term health and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with all policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
