Andover Forest Post Acute Care Center is seeking an experienced LPN Unit Manager to lead an assigned nursing unit and make a direct impact on the care of our residents. This hands-on leadership role supports a team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to ensure consistent, compassionate resident care.

You will conduct resident assessments, manage care plans, and collaborate with physicians to uphold quality standards in a dynamic post-acute setting.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts LPN license required.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to resident care.

Responsabilités

LPN Salary: $91,000 - $95,000 per year

Andover Forest Post Acute Care Center is seeking an experienced LPN Unit Manager to lead an assigned nursing unit and make a direct impact on the care of our residents.

This is a hands-on nursing leadership position for an LPN who enjoys supporting a team, providing quality resident care, and taking an active role in the day-to-day operation of a nursing unit. You'll work closely with nursing staff and the interdisciplinary team to help ensure residents receive consistent, compassionate care.
