Job summary

Andover Forest Post Acute Care Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our leadership team as Assistant Director of Nursing (RN). This full-time role partners with the Director of Nursing to oversee daily clinical operations and mentor staff while promoting high-quality resident care.

You will help ensure compliance with regulations, lead quality improvement, and support staffing and resident care initiatives.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required in Massachusetts.
• Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Andover Forest Post Acute Care Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our leadership team as a full-time Assistant Director of Nursing (RN).

Working closely with the Director of Nursing, the ADON helps oversee daily clinical operations, mentor nursing staff, and promote high-quality resident care. This is an opportunity for an experienced RN who enjoys leadership, teamwork, and making a meaningful impact.

What You'll Do

• Partner with the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily nursing department operations.

• Provide leadership, coaching, and support to nursing staff.

• Help ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.

Qualifications
