Job summary

Andover Forest Post Acute Care Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nursing team. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities in a collaborative, hands-on care setting.

You will provide quality nursing care, monitor residents, and communicate changes in condition while working closely with RNs, CNAs, and other care professionals to support residents’ comfort and safety.
