Job summary

Andover Forest Post Acute Care Center in Massachusetts is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our leadership team as Assistant Director of Nursing (RN). This full-time role partners with the Director of Nursing to oversee daily clinical operations and mentor nursing staff.

You will help ensure high-quality resident care, support quality improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. Active MA RN license required; prior SNF/LTC leadership preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required; MA licensure before start date.
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience required.
• Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.

Andover Forest Post Acute Care Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our leadership team as a full-time Assistant Director of Nursing (RN).

Working closely with the Director of Nursing, the ADON helps oversee daily clinical operations, mentor nursing staff, and promote high-quality resident care. This is an opportunity for an experienced RN who enjoys leadership, teamwork, and making a meaningful impact.

What You'll Do
