Responsibilities include managing client schedules, solving customer service issues, and maintaining clear communication with staff and clients. Ideal candidates will hold a valid Florida LPN License and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, alongside being bilingual in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Active Florida LPN License is required.
• Must live in/near the North Miami area or be able to reasonably commute.
• Valid driver's license with reliable vehicle and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Manage schedules of Home Care clients and Staffing partners.
• Solve scheduling and customer service issues.
• Communicate effectively with clients, field staff, and colleagues.
