Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Alabama.
• Minimum of three years nursing experience as an LPN.
• Experience in Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in LTC/SNF.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to organize and deliver orientation and staff development programs.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and implement ongoing educational programs for nursing and support staff.
• Conduct new employee orientation and onboarding.
• Evaluate staff competencies and coordinate in-service training.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility standards.
• Support infection control and quality assurance programs.
• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to nursing staff.
