Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses to provide overnight home health care for adult patients in North Phoenix and nearby areas. This is a full-time overnight role with 12-hour shifts, caring for patients in their homes, including a male adult requiring G-tube support.

• Collect, analyze, and document data and nursing diagnoses.

Shift Details:

Full time overnights 12 hour shifts (flexible days) with an adult male with a G-tube.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred.
