Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Phoenix is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide homecare nursing for an adult patient with G-tube, tracheostomy, and vent support. The position runs Monday through Friday from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

The ideal candidate is licensed in the state, has current BLS and TB/Chest X-ray clearance, and possesses at least one year of nursing experience. The role offers competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
• Provide skilled nursing services per prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic/psychosocial changes in the patient.
• Collect and interpret data, document nursing diagnoses.

Pay: $28 - $32 per hour

Maxim Healthcare in (Phoenix) is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with an adult patient in their home who is needing G-tube, Tracheostomy and Ventilator care Monday-Friday from 10:00pm-6:00am.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
