Maxim Healthcare is recruiting a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide in-home care for pediatric and adult patients in Peoria, AZ, and surrounding areas. Shifts include days and overnights, with competitive hourly pay and weekly payroll.

Formación

• Currently licensed as LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Hourly Pay: $28 - $32 / per hour
