Maxim Healthcare in Phoenix is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to care for an autistic pediatric patient at school and at home, with G-tube and tracheostomy care required Monday-Thursday 7:00am-5:00pm.

The role centers on applying the nursing process to deliver skilled care and collaborating with the care team to monitor and document patient status, ensuring safety and quality of care across settings.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• TB or Chest X-ray on file.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing services per prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes.
• Collect and analyze data and document nursing diagnoses.

Pay: $28 - $32 per hour

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.

• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
