Qualifications

• Must hold an LPN license in good standing from the State of PA.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for a designated group of residents.
• Provide leadership and direction to CNAs and other caregivers.
• Manage overall care of a designated group of residents with oversight by an RN Supervisor.
