Job summary

Presbyterian Senior Living is seeking an LPN to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a geriatric/long-term care setting. The role includes medication administration, assessments, and daily rounding, with a focus on dignity and holistic well-being.

The position offers full-time evening, part-time, and rotating shifts with weekend/holiday rotations. Active PA LPN licensure and CPR are required, plus advantage for 1 year of geriatric experience.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure required.
• One-year experience working in geriatric or long-term care setting preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to assess and effectively communicate with residents.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs and provides care to residents according to physician orders and the Plan of Care.
• Administers medications and treatments.
• Performs resident assessments.
• Participates in daily resident rounding.
• May assist with insertion and maintaining of IV therapies for residents.
