Washington, PA – Presbyterian SeniorCare Network is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for our Southmont skilled nursing community on the Washington, PA campus. We offer full-time, part-time, and casual schedules with varied shifts; starting pay is $25.50–$34.00/hour depending on shift and experience.

Qualifications

• Holds an LPN license in good standing from the State of PA.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing and Dementia Care is preferred.
• Ability to work well with people and show enthusiasm and motivation.
• Self‑directed and able to set priorities; excellent time management skills.
• Desire to contribute to our compassionate, resident‑focused culture and effectively interact with residents, resident families, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates, plans, implements and evaluates nursing care for a designated group of residents.
• Provides leadership and direction to CNAs and other caregivers to deliver and maintain quality care.
• May be overseen by an RN Supervisor as needed.
• Experienced team members may be designated as the Team Leader of a nursing unit.
