Premium Program Rate: $34.00/hour

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) coordinates, plans, implements and evaluates nursing care for a designated group of residents. The role provides leadership and direction to CNAs and other caregivers to deliver and maintain quality care within the established policies, procedures, and guidelines of the PA State Nurse Practice Act. LPNs may manage the overall care of a designated group of residents with oversight by an RN Supervisor as needed. Experienced team members may be designated as the Team Leader of a specific nursing unit.
