Job summary

Presbyterian Senior Living is seeking compassionate LPNs to join our Pennsylvania team. We offer Full Time Evening, Part Time Evening/Night, and PRN roles with rotating weekends and holidays.

Qualifications include an active Pennsylvania LPN license, CPR certification, and ideally 1 year of geriatric or long‑term care experience. You will plan and provide resident care, administer medications, perform assessments, and participate in daily rounding.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Practical Nurse licensure (LPN) required.
• One year experience working in Geriatric or Long-Term Care setting preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to assess and effectively communicate with residents.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs and provides care to residents according to physician orders and the Plan of Care.
• Administers medications and treatments.
• Performs resident assessments.
• Participates in daily resident rounding.
• May assist with insertion and maintaining of IV therapies for residents.

Compensation from $32 - $37/Hour- (based upon experience) - PLUS additional shift differentials for part-time and PRN positions!
