Job summary

Presbyterian SeniorCare Network is seeking an LPN to coordinate, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for residents across western Pennsylvania communities. The role includes leading CNAs and other caregivers to maintain quality care under state guidelines.

We offer multiple shift options (full-time, part-time, casual) with starting pay $20.85–$35.00 per hour, depending on community, experience, and shift. Join a non-profit, faith-based network serving 7,500+ older adults annually.

Qualifications

• Experience in Skilled Nursing and Dementia Care is preferred.
• Ability to work well with people and show enthusiasm and motivation.
• Self-directed and able to set priorities; excellent time management skills.
• Desire to contribute to a compassionate, resident-focused culture and interact effectively with residents, families, and team members.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) coordinates, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care for a designated group of residents and provides leadership and direction to CNAs and other caregivers to deliver and maintain quality care within established policies, procedures, and guidelines of the Pennsylvania State Nurse Practice Act.

Requirements for the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Holds an LPN license in good standing from the State of PA.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing and Dementia Care is preferred.
