Washington, PA – Presbyterian SeniorCare Network is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for our Southmont skilled nursing community on the Washington, PA campus. We offer full-time, part-time, and casual schedules with varied shifts; starting pay is $25.50–$34.00/hour depending on shift and experience.

  • Holds an LPN license in good standing from the State of PA.
  • Experience in Skilled Nursing and Dementia Care is preferred.

  • Desire to contribute to our compassionate, resident‑focused culture and effectively interact with residents, resident families, and team members.

Starting Pay: $25.50 - $34.00/hour; Depending on shift and experience

Expert registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, certified nursing assistants, and social workers partner with residents, their families, and their doctors to provide personalized care plans. Southmont also provides short‑term rehabilitation that can include physical, occupational, and/or speech therapies.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) coordinates, plans, implements and evaluates nursing care for a designated group of residents. The role provides leadership and direction to CNAs and other caregivers to deliver and maintain quality care within the established policies, procedures, and guidelines of the PA State Nurse Practice Act. LPNs may manage the overall care of a designated group of residents with oversight by an RN Supervisor as needed. Experienced team members may be designated as the Team Leader of a specific nursing unit.

Requirements for the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
