Job summary

The Bristal Assisted Living is seeking a compassionate LPN Supervisor to oversee a team during the 11p-7:30a shift in the Wellness/Resident Services Center at our luxury community in Holtsville, NY. You will mentor nurses, HHAs, resident care aides and medication technicians while administering medications and supporting residents with daily living activities.

Active LPN license and staff supervision experience are required; knowledge of MARs and doctors’ orders is essential.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required.
• Staff supervisory and medication oversight experience essential.
• Experience with Alzheimer’s disease/dementia is a plus.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently.
• Knowledge of MARs and doctors' orders required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, mentor and nurture a team of nurses, HHAs, resident care aides and medication technicians on the 11pm–7:30am shift.
• Lead medication administration and resident care with skill and compassion.
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures and assist in daily living activities.
